I’m Pratiksha Kulkarni, a counselling psychologist with 4 years if experience offering online and offline therapy sessions in Dombivli East. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, or relationship challenges, I provide compassionate, evidence‑based counselling tailored to your needs.
My journey began with MindPeers, where I offered online therapy to individuals facing anxiety, burnout, and emotional stress. What drew me to this work was deeply personal — witnessing anxiety and emotional struggles within my own circle showed me how vital safe, non‑judgmental spaces are for healing.
Since then, I have worked with diverse populations, from adolescents to adults, across the mental health and wellness industry. My professional path has taken me through corporate wellness roles with Accenture and Cognizant (via Silver Oak Health and Optum), psycho‑oncology care at HCG Cancer Hospital, and private practice where I continue to support individuals with counselling and sports psychology needs. These experiences have deepened my understanding of emotional pain and the importance of being truly seen and supported.
My therapy style is trauma‑informed, client‑centered, and integrates CBT, narrative therapy, person‑centered therapy, and mindfulness practices. I approach each client with care, clarity, and the belief that “There is hope in every story.”
